1. What we collect
- Your WhatsApp phone number and profile name — to continue the conversation.
- Content you send us — product photos, product names, text and instructions.
- Generated output — the images and videos created for you.
- Technical records — timestamps, error logs and session state.
We do not collect or store payment card details.
2. Why we process it
- To produce the ad image or video you requested (performance of a contract).
- To keep the service secure and working, and to fix errors (legitimate interest).
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising.
3. Who we share it with
We rely on a limited number of processors to deliver the service:
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform) — message delivery.
- AI image and video generation providers — only the photo and text you send for generation are transmitted.
- Hosting provider — our servers are hosted within the European Union.
These transfers are made under the safeguards required by UK and EU data protection law.
4. How long we keep it
- Chat session state: up to 30 days after the workflow completes.
- Generated images and videos: up to 90 days, or sooner on request.
- Technical records: up to 12 months.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. Send requests to info@reklora.com; we respond within 30 days. For erasure, see also our Data Deletion page.
You may lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
6. Children
Reklora is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page and the date above is updated.
