Reklora produces ad images and short videos from the product photo you send over WhatsApp. The service is provided as is; no specific sales, reach or performance outcome is guaranteed.
2. Your obligations
- You confirm that you hold the rights to the photos and text you send us.
- You agree not to send unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing content.
- Where advertising is published, you remain responsible for complying with the policies of the relevant advertising platforms.
3. Content rights
You keep the rights to the content you send. You may use the generated output commercially. You grant us only the limited licence needed to operate the service.
4. Approval principle
Reklora does not publish content or start advertising without your explicit approval. Where advertising is involved, budget and targeting are set with your consent.
5. Fees
The service is currently in a pilot phase with a limited number of businesses. Before any move to a paid plan, the terms will be stated clearly and your consent obtained.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit. AI-generated output may contain errors; reviewing it before publication is the user's responsibility.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate the service if these terms are breached. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
