You can ask us at any time to delete everything we hold about you. The request is free and you do not need to give a reason.
Option 1 — Over WhatsApp
Send the message “DELETE MY DATA” in your WhatsApp conversation with Reklora. Because the request arrives from the same number, no further identity check is needed.
Option 2 — By email
Email info@reklora.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and state the WhatsApp number you used to contact Reklora.
What gets deleted
- Your WhatsApp number and profile name
- The product photos and text you sent
- The images and videos generated for you
- Chat session records
Timing
- We confirm receipt within 7 days.
- We complete the deletion within 30 days and notify you of the outcome.
- Copies held in backups are removed within the backup cycle, no later than 90 days.
Exception
Records we are legally required to retain (for example accounting records required by law) are kept only for the mandatory period and are not used for any other purpose.
Data held by Meta / WhatsApp
The chat history in your WhatsApp app sits on your device and in Meta's systems and is not under our control. You can delete it yourself from within the WhatsApp app.
